In this project we were responsible for setting up and administering the business process “Register of processing activities” for approx. 70 group companies from 28 EU member states of the BMW Group VTS in SharePoint 2013.
In addition to the creation of SharePoint structures and templates with an extensive rights and role concept, this also included the creation of reminder and quality approval workflows based on Nintex workflows.
